The Western Regional Chairman for the Ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ndede Siah has unequivocal stated that it will be a difficult task for the party to retain the Essikado/KETAN and the Sekondi Constituencies seats in the upcoming 2020 general elections if the sitting members of parliament don’t sit up immediately.
Speaking on Takoradi based Kyzz FM’s Saturday evening Political talk show dubbed “ASEMYI EDIKA”, Chairman Francis Ndede Siah stated that he has a strong conviction of the NPP retaining the two seats, but was candid to admit that it will not be an easy task for them.
Though he is bent on retain all thirteen parliamentary seats in the Western Region and even snatch two other seats from the four opposition NDC indicated that the battle will not be easy in Essikado/KETAN and Sekondi Constituencies looking at the Calibre of Candidates the NDC is presenting.
Chairman Ndede Siah however admitted their Parliamentary Candidates in Jomoro, Tarkwa Nsuaem and Shama Constituencies will have to put in extra effort to retain their seats.
He therefore called for a United front in all Constituencies to ensure total victory for the NPP come December 7th, 2020.
