What is likely to be the second wave of COVID-19 is about to begin in the Western Region with Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality recording 12 new positive cases of Coronavirus with Prestea Huni-Valley Municipality recording one new positive case all in a day.
Corroborating the story on Tarkwa base Dynamite Fm on Wednesday, Dr Joseph Darko who heads the COVID-19 Rapid Response Team in Tarkwa urged citizens to begin adhering to the safety protocols in order to prevent the virus from spreading wide and fast.
According to the Ghana Health Service website, a total of 132 new cases have been recorded as at Today, Wednesday November 4, 2020, bringing the total active cases in the country to 877.
