Lawyer Fiifi Buckman a practicing lawyer with the Bosumtwi-Sam and Associates in Takoradi has stated unequivocally that the law presumes that Castro is dead after seven years of no show.
“after a diligent search and we have not been able to find Castro and the seven year-period is due, the law says we will now presume the fellow is dead. He added that no one can sue anyone who refers to Castro Under Fire as late.
